**Overview:**

We are seeking dedicated Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving furniture and other items.

From 5/12-5/16 & 5/20-5/23 8am-8pm

Moving items such as chairs, tables, rugs, mirrors, decorative items, sculptures, signs, banners etc... from the warehouse to the site, we will install items as directed by team lead. Some light assembly and light clean will be needed. Most of the assembly is like putting legs on tables and basically just screwing/snapping things together. These items have been storeage so they've gotten dirty/ dusty, once we install items we will need to whip them off/clean it up a little.

**Responsibilities:**

- Load and unload furniture and items into box trucks

- Safely transport items to their destination

- Communicate effectively with team members

- Handle heavy lifting of furniture, boxes and other items

- Follow delivery schedules for timely completion

- Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage

- Assembly of items and intallation as directed

- Light cleaning

**Qualifications:**

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members

- Proficient in loading and unloading techniques

- Capable of heavy lifting and moving large items safely

- Prior experience in a warehouse or moving environment is preferred

- Experience operating equipment such as forklifts or skidd steer is a plus

- Experience operating box trucks or delivery driver is a plus

- Familiarity with working around forklifts and box trucks is preferred

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
