Sugar Loafin' Campground is Hiring a Retail Salesperson Near Leadville, CO
Greetings!
Sugar Loafin’ Campground in Leadville is beginning the search for possible candidates to employ for the 2024 summer season. We open for the season on May 10th and close in the beginning of October. Sugar Loafin’ offers beautiful camping at 10,000 ft. Services include 50 and 30 amp electric for RV’s, tent sites, and cabins. We also have a small store with the basic necessities and souvenirs. Job Details: Responsibilities include but are not limited to-
Answering phone calls, responding to messages, taking reservations, and answering questions about the surrounding area and campground.
Using the point of sale system, guest check-in/out, basic sales as well as presentation of campground particulars and rules. We also escort guests to their assigned sites.
Store and grounds tasks require stocking, basic filing and cleaning as needed.
Qualifications: Basic computer knowledge will contribute to use of the Point of Sale system. Clerical skills are helpful for proper office organization. Most importantly, solid social and communication skills.
Experience: Customer service experience is ideal. Working with cash and credit cards is a vast percentage of this position. Therefore, basic math skills are required.
Education: High School Diploma or GED, we also accept candidates 16 or older who are still attending school.
Locations: Sugar Loafin’ is located in Leadville, Colorado only 3 miles from downtown and 1 mile away from Turquoise Lake.
