- Manage full life cycle recruitment with a focus on hiring quality candidates in a high-volume capacity while maintaining or exceeding established KPI metrics
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to gain a deeper understanding of how each role fits into Suddath to drive recruitment and deliver a successful hiring manager experience
- Creatively recruit qualified candidates using a variety of mechanisms such as social media, networking, professional organizations, job fairs, job advertisements, etc. while ensuring legal compliance
- Be a brand ambassador for Suddath and deliver a positive candidate experience through recruitment activities
- Communicate with team members to share ideas, information, best practices, etc. to help improve processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Receptiveness to feedback on improving performance, while being comfortable working in a metrics-driven performance environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
- Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and personal accountability
