Job Overview:

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service, ensuring all customers feel welcome and satisfied with their experience
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Uphold the company's standards for quality and consistency in beverage preparation

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based beverages
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Understanding of retail math concepts
