Job Description: As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring seamless operations within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing inventory levels to meet demand, resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Designing and printing labels for our products.
• Pick and Pack, product labeling and shipping customer orders.
• Utilizing computerized inventory management systems to track stock movements and update records.
• Communicating effectively with customers to coordinate timely shipping of orders.
• Resolving customer issues.
• Operating with a high level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inventory management or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to commute to various work locations, if necessary.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator for label creation and editing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Additional: This position starts as a part-time job, and after a 90-day evaluation, there is the potential to move to a 40-hour work week. This depends on the candidates’ proven skills and performance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
