We are seeking compassionate and reliable DSP's to join our team as On- Call Caregivers. As an On-Call Caregiver, you will provide assistance and support to clients in need of care on an as-needed basis with the potential to get hired on Full time.

What it takes to be a Caregiver at Successful Steps Support Care?

You will be providing direct care to an Individual with disabilities based on their individual needs. You will encourage independence and treat each client with respect and dignity. Job duties consist of helping our clients with:

• daily living activities
• may include bathing
• dressing
• grooming and other personal needs
• vacuuming
• dusting, sweeping, mopping
• meal planning and meal preparation
• may provide transportation and or run errands/ community inclusion
• Documenting client care activities and reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• At least a year experience in caregiving or a related field
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
