Job Description:

• Work In Center Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
• Create Individualized, research-based client programs
• Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
• Parent training meetings and progress updates
• Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center
• Staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
• Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
• Safety Management
• Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30pm - 6:30pm

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 1-5 years of supervisory experience
• Maintains BACB Certification
• Maintains State Certification
• Maintains BLS / CPR certification
• Maintains NPI number
• Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training
• Maintains updated CAQH account
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other related field from an accredited university
• No criminal background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to lift at least 30 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
• Provide high-quality care to our clients
• Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB
• Maintains client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws
• Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment
• Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers

We are committed to providing top-quality ABA, ST, OT, and Social Skills Classes in our nautical-themed centers, in-home and in-school aiming to teach our clients valuable life skills that will help them become productive and fulfilled adults. Our play-based model emphasizes on NET, so we take clients on field trips that is essential for children with autism since it helps them nurture skills integral to learning and overall development.

We are looking for a highly organized and clinically experienced BCBA to join our team full-time. This is a great opportunity to cultivate your ideas and create a team environment for this new center. As the main point of contact for parents, our BCBAs must possess excellent communication skills and a salesman-like enthusiasm. We value work/life balance. Our BCBAs work Monday-Friday hours (8:00am-4:00pm) and rarely take work home, with the support of an intern and a maximum caseload of 12 full-time clients.

SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Operation Managers are responsible for making the daily client schedules. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval.
