Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coworking Space Manager/Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a vibrant and inclusive community within our coworking space while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Foster a welcoming and collaborative environment for members of the coworking space. Manage member onboarding, including giving tours, handling inquiries, and facilitating
the application process.
Organize and promote events and workshops to enhance community engagement and networking opportunities.
Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a clean and functional workspace at all times. Manage membership agreements, payments, and invoicing processes.
Respond promptly to member concerns and inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to support community growth and partnerships.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new members and promote the coworking space's brand.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in community management, customer service, or hospitality roles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of coworking industry trends and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Oce Suite and experience with coworking management software (e.g., Nexudus, Cobot, OceR&D) preferred.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
