We’re seeking results driven leaders who have an entrepreneaurial spirit and value outstanding customer service for our Store Manager position with our Subway team. Our Managers should come with a great attitude; be a self starter and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Managing day to day operations; cash control; maintaining inventory; managing labor; reviewing reports in order to control profit and loss
· Complete staff schedule
· Communicate changes of food prep formulas; standards etc, to staff
· Plan and ensure professional growth and development of your crew
· Maintain an exceptional level of customer service and ensure same levels from all crew members
· Manage and comply with federal; state and local labor laws
· Ensure store is completing regular safety; cleaning and operation checklists to ensure exceptional store compliance
· QSR Management experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate
· Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop same skills with your crew
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven reliability and high personal integrity
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including days; nights; weekends and holidays

Pay: $28,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
