Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor team members on company policies and procedures
- Monitor food production and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability

Skills:
- Strong background in hospitality management
- Proficient in food handling and culinary techniques
- Experience with Aloha POS system is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of kitchen management practices
