Key Responsibilities for all staff :
- Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders
- Prepare beautifully constructed sandwiches / food according to formula and in a timely manner
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately
- Use Point of Sale system / cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill
- Check products in sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image
- Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards
- Perform light paperwork duties as assigned
- Complete University of SUBWAY® courses (brief online trainings) as directed
