Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the food industry and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Duties:
- Assist customers with their orders and provide friendly and efficient service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring tables are clean and ready for the next customer
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers
- Operate cash registers or Aloha POS system to process transactions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail math is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is desirable
