Position Overview:As a Subway Sandwich Artist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by preparing and serving delicious sandwiches and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your attention to detail, culinary skills, and friendly demeanor will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for Subway customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare sandwiches and salads according to Subway's standardized recipes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in ingredients, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, take their orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Offer prompt and attentive service while maintaining a positive and engaging demeanor.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide customers with accurate change. Utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to ensure accurate order entry and pricing.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures, including regular handwashing, wearing gloves, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and dining areas regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
