suburban pest control is Hiring a Remote Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers while also driving sales and revenue growth. Your main objective will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and offer suitable products or services to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate frequently with customers in both a sales and customer service capacity.
- Meet or exceed set sales goals.
- Utilize company CRM to provide proposals to potential customers.
- Follow-up on prior quotes and verify completion of prior agreements.
- Close sales.
- Review and reconcile sales reports ensuring accuracy.
- Source out new sales opportunities.
- Enjoys talking on the phone and is selling solutions.
- Creative with a problem solving mentality and CAN DO attitude.
- Must be a clear communicator with the ability to connect with others easily.
- Should be able to function independently but also be a team player that shows.
- dedication to the company and customers.
- Must have a G.E.D. or equivalent and a proven stable work history of 3-4 years.
- with 2 years of sales.
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- A welcoming and clean appearance with the ability to pass a drug screening test.
