The Weekend RN performs admissions and/or visits to patients in their designated region (Boone, Hamilton and Hendricks counties) Friday-Sunday (3/10's). The Weekend RN triages incoming calls from patients/families to determine if a call-back visit is warranted based on patient needs. 

Suburban Hospice was recently given a five star rating by CMS in the CAHPS Star Ratings which assesses Hospice Quality Survey Measures. Our organization was the only hospice program given this rating in all areas we serve, and it would not be possible without our amazing staff.
