We are adding an Endocrinologist to our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid care model where the physician will see patients in-person at Johnson Memorial Health and will also see patients from Goshen Health and Margaret Mary Health in a virtual capacity.

- Virtual visits conducted to Goshen Health and Margaret Mary Health
- Hybrid Care Model
- Solo Practice
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Open to MD/DO
- No After-Hours Call
- Hospitals will have an Onsite Diabetes Educator
- Community Growth and Need
- Hospital Employed Opportunity
- Will Utilize EMR System and Telehealth Platforms for each Individual Hospital
