    • Pipe Bending (90’s, saddles, 3 and 4 bend saddles, offsets with ½ to ¾ inch)
    • Symbols on plans
    • Basic circuitry and installation
    • Trenching
    • Fixture assembly
    • Wire Pulling
    • Clean up
    • Unpackaging of equipment
    • Ability to correctly use hand tools
    • Safe use of ladders
    • Operate and understand various power tools
    • Material recognition
  • Attend Quick Start training.
  • Responsible to know or seek out answers to construction method questions when not previously experienced.

PROFITABILITY:

  • Take steps to ensure customer satisfaction, if not should be able to search out the issue and convey it to the supervisor.
  • Recognizing customers’ needs is most important.

SAFETY:

  • Always adheres to all safety policies and practices. Wears steel-toed shoes, hardhat, gloves, and safety glasses on all job sites.
  • Completes toolbox talks and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) forms as directed.
  • Understand and complete site-specific safety requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) if applicable.
  • Completed OSHA 10, NFPA70E, CRP, and First Aid Training.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training are a plus, but not necessary.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and access to personal transportation or must have access to reliable and efficient means of transportation to and from work sites.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
  • Must possess basic knowledge of the use of a PC and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
