Description:
The Program Manager position is responsible for providing information and assistance to staff regarding the programs and services of the Operations, Clinical and Business Administration functions. The Program Manager will provide daily onsite support to the operations and clinical teams, human resources, while also communicating remotely with the business administration department.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Check mail on a daily basis and distribute/save as appropriate.
· Make check deposits as necessary and assist with petty cash
· File documentation in the appropriate location.
· Plan and coordinate team building activities and employee appreciation.
· Perform miscellaneous duties as needed, such as ordering office supplies and business cards, new vendor setup, coordination with vendors, etc.
Minimum Education/Experience:
· Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
· Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and multi-task
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Associates degree or higher education
· One year experience with 12-step programs or behavioral health desired
