Job Description:
- 10 years of experience in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, or related field.
- The Senior Merchandising Strategy Manager role is a contract position responsible for driving world-class customer experience strategies across our entire store portfolio.
- As a strategic leader, this person will work closely with business teams across the enterprise to drive visual merchandising experiences that deliver on key objectives, identify KPIs, and ensure creative execution delivers on the strategy.
- This position owns roll out of new digital screens & content mapping, developing comprehensive merchandising strategic plans to support promotions and enterprise initiatives, creating supporting briefs and building project plans to gain alignment.
- This role requires cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Brand, Product Management, Creative, GTM, National Account Managers, Channel Leadership and other Enterprise Delivery Partners.
- Represent Retail Merchandising strategy in all cross-functional Marketing and Go to Market meetings.

Salary: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
