Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers interested in the Subaru Trade Up Advantage program.
• Educate customers about the benefits of upgrading to a new Subaru vehicle, including enhanced safety features, advanced technology, and improved performance.
• Coordinate trade-in appraisals and vehicle evaluations to determine the trade-in value of customers' current vehicles.
• Collaborate with sales associates and finance managers to facilitate the trade-in process and finalize vehicle purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database system.
• Stay informed about the latest Subaru models, promotions, and incentives to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and familiarity with Subaru vehicles is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive retail is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
