What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):
- High School degree or equivalent (e.g. GED, HiSET, etc.)
- Two (2) years’ experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Valid California Driver's License.
How you will make a difference (job overview):
The Rehabilitation Aide assists the Rehabilitation Therapist in providing direct and indirect rehabilitation services to participants through individualized and/or group activities.
Division/Program Overview:
MHRC is a 16 bed, inpatient program that provides intensive support and rehabilitative services.
The individuals served are 18-64 years old with mental health struggles that have necessitated placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health facility.
Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services are provided by a multidisciplinary team.
The team supports individuals in developing the skills to become self- sufficient and increase levels of independence and functioning
