Job Description: Superintendent
Location: Colorado Springs, CO, 80916
Skills: Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Monitor and report on project progress, including any issues or delays
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
