Job Summary: 

The Service Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and repair services to customers of a Sub-Zero Wolf Cove Premier Partner in an assigned market. The Service Technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances, as well as provide maintenance and preventative care to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and repair services to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances, including Sub Zero, Wolf, and Cove brands.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on appliances to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Document service and repair activities in a clear and concise manner.
• Communicate with customers and office staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools and ensure that they are properly stored and maintained.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and education.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in appliance repair and service or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Complete invoicing and service related payments online
• High level customer service and communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license 
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift and move appliances up to 50 pounds.
• EPA Certification
