StyleCraft, a Richmond, Virginia based quality developer/homebuilder, is seeking a Land Acquisition and Zoning Manager experienced in various real estate sectors to assist in our fast-paced growth.

The position requires the ability to create relationships with sellers, municipalities, and other key stakeholders in order to secure a pipeline of land and lots sufficient to sustain company goals to create and build communities that Live Up.

The Land Acquisition and Zoning Manager is responsible for:

• Sourcing new land acquisition opportunities, raw land and finished lots.
• Identifying acquisition opportunities.
• Managing due diligence, underwriting, and approvals for proposed new land acquisitions.
• Preparing and presenting financial analysis, developing market analysis, assessing values, preparing detailed reports, all requiring strong computer skills.
• Monitoring market activities for pricing, value and absorption.
• Preparing Letters of Intent and negotiating final purchase terms.
• Managing purchase contract development and monitoring through life of deal.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and keeping sensitive information confidential.

About you:

Strong relationship building skills are essential as are the initiative to follow up and follow through independently. Significant experience in MS Project and MS Excel are preferred.
