Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures
- Assist the dentist and dental hygienist during dental procedures
- Take x-rays and impressions

-Pour models

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain aseptic technique

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our family-oriented practice in Canfield. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the dentist to provide quality patient care. Your role will involve assisting with various dental procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a clean and sterile environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred
- Current certification in dental radiography
- Proficiency in Dentrix or Eaglesoft software preferred
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques
- Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control protocols
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
