We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and fun floral designer to join our team. As a designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for a variety of occasions including weddings, corporate events, and everyday celebrations. Employees will also assist in helping customers in-store and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create fresh and dried floral arrangements that meet clients' needs and expectations
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their floral pieces
• Help maintain our inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
• Manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Ensure quality and freshness of all floral products

Requirements:

• A positive attitude and an ability to rally when things get busy
• Strong creativity and artistic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• An appreciation of all types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements and a willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work on events and holidays, as needed
• Floral design experience preferred
• Knowledge of of floral varieties and seasonality
• Ability to create, setup and breakdown event florals
• Experience is a plus
