Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Bellevue, WA
Part-time
9:00AM – 5:00PM, Tuesday – Thursday
Start date: July 15, 2022.
Job Description:
Sturman Architects is looking for an organized self-starter to join our downtown Bellevue team. We are a small 6-person firm specializing in custom residential projects. You will be the first point of contact for clients and office visitors and provide general administrative support for a group. This role will work with project teams and leadership to ensure effective and efficient functioning of the Bellevue office. Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro, for invoicing and time-tracking, is required.
Required Skills
· 2 years administrative experience --in residential construction is a plus, but not required.
· Strong business acumen - Experience working with leadership
· Effective communication and project management skills; willingness to assist members of a team, and ability to relate well with diverse individuals.
· Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills a must.
· Working knowledge of email, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software (preferred); with experience using current version of MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred, and a minimum 1-year of experience working with QuickBooks Pro a must.
