This important position is Stupp Fiber's face to the customer. As a Sales Representative, you will engage potential subscribers and demonstrate the benefits of our fiber network over more traditional internet services and ensure ongoing loyalty to Stupp Fiber. If you're a self-starter who loves working in a collaborative environment and helping others, you will have plenty of room to grow with our organization.

• Develops sales and prospecting strategies and consistently meets take rate goals.
• Proactively engages new and existing residential and business customers through door-to-door prospecting, cold calls, local events, and community organizations.
• Provides excellent customer service and promotes a positive reputation and brand image for Stupp Fiber in the marketplace.
• Emphasizes product features based on customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
• Plans and participates in activities and events that promote Stupp Fiber products and services.
• Conducts visits to ensure subscribers understand the product and can enjoy it to its full potential.
• Becomes an expert in the competitive environment to effectively position Stupp Fiber as the best high-speed internet choice for the assigned territory.
