Studio R Aesthetics is Hiring a Patient Care Provider (RN) Near Charlottesville, VA

JOB OVERVIEW
The objective of the Patient Care Provider (RN) at Studio R Aesthetics is to deliver top-tier patient care in Charlottesville. This involves integrating patient-centered approaches, pioneering methods, and evidence-based medicine to surpass expectations and provide unparalleled service. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients achieve optimal outcomes from their treatments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the Medical Director and Practice Manager.

MEDICAL PRACTICE

● Ensure that every patient interaction aligns with our vision of becoming the premier aesthetic and wellness practice in Charlottesville.

● Ensure quality and safety by consistently performing procedures and treatments in accordance with the protocols and accepted practices of Studio R Aesthetics. These include:

-Bio-identical hormone pellet placement

-Weight loss treatment

-IV therapy

-Platelet-Rich Plasma injections

-Injections for targeted fat loss

-Injections of vitamins and energy shots

-Radiofrequency microneedling of the body

● Uphold honesty and integrity during patient consultations, assessing the most suitable treatment for their desired results, and collaborating with Staff Physicians to devise a mutually agreed-upon care plan incorporated into Good Faith Exams (GFE).

● Keep medical equipment in proper working order and restock the treatment inventory as necessary.

● Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all the services and products offered by Studio R Aesthetics.

● In accordance with OSHA, policies, and procedures, uphold sanitation and sterilization standards.

● Engage in actively advocating for Studio R Aesthetics' treatments, services, retail offerings, as well as available programs, promotions, memberships, and discounts.

● Respond to patients' questions and concerns in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

● Contribute to a quality work environment by upholding our core values and maintaining a positive attitude.

● Regularly attend and actively participate in training and staff meetings.

● Maintain a detailed record of all treatments for each patient in our electronic medical record.

● Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

● Be on time for your shift.

● Dress professionally in accordance with our uniform policy. Hair, makeup, and nails all must be professional.

● Must be friendly, energetic, and relatable.

● Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation.

● Utilize phones, computers and software systems with skill and proficiency.

● Maintain the patient management software, with accurate information and scanning it in a timely fashion. All data must be entered within the week.

● Maintain a professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude using eye contact when addressing internal or external patients.

● Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

● Work with the Medical Director to handle and cross check all inventory for accurate counts.

● Required to possess problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. Capable of working autonomously and replicating the responsibilities of the Medical Director in managing day-to-day functions and tasks.

● Take initiative and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the business.

● Assist in all areas of operations as requested by management.

● Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or patients that require attention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without the help of a reasonable accommodation. EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE

● High school education or equivalent required. College degree preferred, but not required.

● Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.

● Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia

● At least 2 years healthcare experience

● Phlebotomy and IV insertion skills preferred

● Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology

● Proficiency in performing physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations

● Familiarity with medical coding and documentation practices

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

● Experience working in a Medspa or Wellness clinic is preferred

● Excellent computer skills required particularly Word, Excel, POS and EMR.

● Excellent interpersonal skills required.

● Excellent work ethic.

● Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects required.

● Valid Virginia driver’s license required.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
