Ithaca College’s Marketing Communications Division is looking to hire a student assistant to assist with project management, content management, and research. The incoming student will also work closely with a team of other student workers in the department.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with project management and internal documentation
Assist with print archive management 
Support institutional brand standards website updates
Conduct research and communicate findings to the team
Complete individual projects as assigned
Past projects include: supporting the '21 Brand Platform development, ithaca.edu website revamp, graphic design award submissions, applying for and managing a Presidential Seed Grant, and competitor marketing materials research.

Qualifications

• Proactive initiative-takers welcome! First-years and sophomores are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Highly collaborative approach to tasks
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and Dropbox
• Excellent attention to detail

Pay Rate: $15.00
