The role of the Auxiliary Music Patrol (AMP) team is to ensure smooth, safe, and professional operation of the Center for Music.

Duties include locking and unlocking doors as needed, keeping posted signs in the building current, turning on and off lights and televisions, and reminding students to leave the building when it closes, among others.

There are AMP shifts every day in the early evening and at night close to closing time, and in the mornings on weekends. All AMPs are expected to work a certain number of closing shifts.
