- Be able to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Be able to give verbal and written direction to assigned staff.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stand; walk; talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls. - The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.

- Heavy Equipment repair
- Building maintenance crew takes care of all grounds maintenance including but not limited to lawn care, painting, snow removal.
- This crew will also shuttle people and/or airplane parts to and from different airports.
- The candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
- Perform maintenance and minor repair of company buildings and facilities.
- Perform electrical modification and repair of company buildings and facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections of company facilities and equipment to ensure serviceability.
- Follow and enforce safety rules and procedures.
- Operate equipment used in snow removal.

- Work is performed primarily in a construction, maintenance setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
