Job Summary : As a Warehouse Operator you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of raw materials and finished products.

Additionally, your MSHA certification will be essential for maintaining compliance with safety regulations in our mining and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming shipments of raw materials and verify their accuracy and condition.
• Safely store raw materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and inventory management.
• Prepare and package finished products for shipment to customers, following company protocols and quality standards.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and meet production deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, especially those outlined by MSHA, to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications :

• MSHA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
