STS Industrial, Inc. is Hiring an Industrial Warehouse Technician/ Supply Delivery Driver Near Sulphur, LA

Full Time Warehouse Technician & Delivery Driver positions with STS Industrial in the Sulphur, Louisiana location. (Website: https://www.stsindustrial.com/)

FOUR Technicians Needed to Start Work Immediately.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MINIMUM of 3 years Warehouse Technician WORKING experience.

$16/hour Starting Compensation with at least 5 hours overtime per week at time and a half compensation.

YOU MUST:

  • be at least 25 years of age for our company driving insurance requirements.
  • have a clean driving record (No Major Accidents the last 3 years and no DUIs).
  • be able to work a full workday standing and moving around in a fast-pace.
  • be able to lift 50 pounds multiple times each day.

A PLUS FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING (with other qualifications):

  • Forklift experience
  • TWIC

COMPENSATION:

$16/hour Starting Compensation

  • Opportunity for Call Out rotation work that is paid at up to $75/ hour (after fully trained).
  • Quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program up to $560* that are paid every 3 months. *

*Bonuses are calculated based on your performance, the team's performance, and the company's performance during the 3-month period of time. Bonus rate is based on 35 hours times your hourly rate of pay. It can be more or less than $560 per quarter depending on the calculation of the performance factors.
