Job Description :

As a Field Service Representative, you will provide critical support to RRAD operations, focusing on technical support, troubleshooting, and the interpretation of technical data.

This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our services in the military and defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting : Provide onsite technical guidance, interpret technical data, and clarify build instructions to enhance service delivery.
• Process Development : Assist in developing and refining operational processes to improve performance and outcomes.
• Inventory Management : Ensure precise inventory tracking and management for parts under your responsibility.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Actively participate in weekly meetings with RRAD personnel to align strategies and improve service offerings.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of a 2-year technical degree or U.S. Army service school diploma.
• Over 4 years of experience in military platform diesel engine and heavy truck maintenance.
• Ability to pass a NAC-I background check.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diplomatically with customers and team members.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Advanced certifications in vehicle service and repair.
• 10 years of experience in military vehicle maintenance.
