Stryten Energy is Hiring a Production Supervisor Near Lancaster, PA
Overview
The Plant Supervisor will coordinate all aspects of the plant for operations on the 2nd shift (Mon. - Fri., 3pm - 11am).
Responsibilities
- Supervise production employees to ensure adherence to all schedules, goals, company policies and procedures
- Monitor machine and operator performance using “Mattec” in order to address related issues, excessive scrap, downtime, poor cycles, etc..
- Provide mentoring for employees
- Evaluate and review employee performance
- Provide training for employees
- Interview job candidates and provide plant tours as required
- Provide discipline as needed
- Administer first aid as required
- Special project work as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Previous supervisory experience in a production atmosphere
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk on a frequent basis
- Ability to bend, stretch, reach for and grasp small parts and tools
- Must be able to lift up to and including 50 pounds
