We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Junior Buyer and Sourcing Specialist with 1-2 years of purchasing experience and a passion for refining and building efficient processes. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient with Excel, possess negotiation skills, and excel in quality communication. This role involves collaborating with teams across different countries, making effective communication in English required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships.
• Generate and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
• Contribute to and assist with streamlining the purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for financial and purchasing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of purchasing activities and process improvements.
• Continuously assess and refine existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Adapt and learn new software tools to support various administrative and purchasing functions.
• Utilize technology to automate and streamline processes, enhancing overall productivity.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Display a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive cost savings.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and software quickly.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
