We seek a talented, team-oriented Quality Control Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Structureworks sells pergolas and outdoor structures designed and manufactured at our Fredericksburg, VA factory. This position works in a quality control role, inspecting products, checking shop drawings, and logging inspections in our ERP system. You will work with a hard-working team to make the highest-quality outdoor structures in North America.

$22 - $25/Hour

Responsibilities
- Review shop drawings and manufacturing orders
- Complete inspection of fabricated parts to match shop drawing & manufacturing orders
- Perform quality inspections & track defects
- Contribute to defect tracking & help to identify the root cause of the issue & recommend corrective & preventive actions
Requirements
- Experience with general manufacturing, welding, sheet metal fabrication & tolerancing
- Ability to read complex plan & specification documents
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, & manage time effectively in our dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment
