Primary Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and assembly plans to understand the scope of the assembly process.
  • Assemble temperature-controlled cases according to provided blueprints, ensuring accurate alignment of components and adherence to specifications.
  • Utilize power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to perform drilling, cutting, and fastening operations in the assembly process.
  • Install insulation, gaskets, hardware, and other components accurately and securely.
  • Perform quality checks on assembled products to identify and address any defects, ensuring the final product meets the required standards.
  • Collaborate with the assembly team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Provide input and feedback on process improvements to enhance assembly efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and assembly techniques
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools such as bore gauges
  • Forklift certification is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Lift/Carry up to 25 lbs frequently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
