The Personal Lines Account Manager will receive;

• Base Salary plus commission

The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for;

• Servicing an existing book of business
• Retaining existing business
• Market research and cross-selling
• Learn and be able to professionally present our products and services
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with prospects and clients
• Effectively develop and manage relationships with carrier partners
• Promoting and growing our company

The best candidate for this position will have;

• Minimum 3 years experience, independent insurance agency preferred

• Current Arizona Property & Casualty license, Life & Health preferred

• Excellent decision making and problem solving

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize workflow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
