Strom Engineering is Hiring a Boiler operator Near Hopkins, MN

IMMEDIATE DEPLOYMENT - MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL BOILER OPERATORS FOR A MULTI STATE PROJECT i) at least four years of hands-on boiler operating experience on boilers used to heat water or liquid for comfort heating or commercial processing purposes, for generating steam or vapor by direct application of heat from combustible fuels or electricity or, (ii) a graduation certificate from an accredited engineering school with at least two years of hands-on boiler operating experience on boilers used to heat water or liquid for comfort heating or commercial processing purposes, or for generating steam or vapor by direct application of heat from combustible fuels or electricity;

or (iii) a United States Department of Labor diploma showing the applicant finished a full three-year course asan apprentice stationary engineer and two years of hands-on boiler operating experience on boilers used to heat water or liquid for environmental heating or commercial processing purposes, or for generating steam or vapor by direct application of heat.

Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and associated equipment - Monitor boiler operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure efficient and safe operation - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment - Troubleshoot and repair boiler malfunctions or breakdowns - Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and repairs - Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment - Experience with industrial mechanics, HVAC / R systems, or industrial maintenance is highly desirable - Familiarity with hydraulics, HVAC systems, field service work, schematics, and mechanical knowledge is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Please note that this is not an entry-level position.

We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in operating and maintaining boilers. Job Type : Temporary Salary : $35.
