Position Overview:
As an Experienced Cabinet Maker, you will play a vital role in the construction of custom displays and fixtures. Your expertise in cabinet making, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will contribute to our continued success. This position offers the chance to showcase your skills and knowledge while contributing to the production of high-quality retail displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise in cabinet making to fabricate and construct custom retail displays and fixtures.
  • Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Operate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery to cut, shape, and finish materials.
  • Ensure precision and accuracy in all cabinet making processes, adhering to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to provide input and creative solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker, preferably in a custom display or fixture manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of cabinet making techniques and construction methods
  • Proficient in using a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with a variety of materials commonly used in display and fixture manufacturing.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and processes.
  • Previous experience in a second chance employment program is valued.
