Strive Ninja Fitness is looking for an outstanding individual to manage and help grow Strive's weekend Party, Event and Recreational offerings.

Strive Ninja Fitness is a large ninja fitness/obstacle fitness gym that teaches kids through adults techniques to conquer a broad variety of fitness obstacles.

In addition to offering a variety of ninja fitness classes, Strive hosts parties and various events that typically fall on the weekends. Strive is now looking to expand our weekend offerings for parties. A full Saturday shift could be 11am to 5:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm, depending on the number of parties scheduled. As demand grows, there is a desire to extend event/party offerings to Sundays as well. (We envision a Sunday shift could be 11am to 3:30pm once demand grows for Sunday parties/events.)

Responsibilities

• Manage weekend party and event programs in a manner aligned with Strive’s goal to deliver experiences that exceed customer expectations
• Ensures that customer experiences in party, event and recreational offerings are always perceived by customers as being positive, fun and of a high level
• Provides on-site end-to-end leadership for parties, events and recreational programs, ensuring delivery in a highly professional, fun and effective manner
• Monitors and provides guidance to junior staff to ensure excellent delivery of recreational programs, parties and event
• Gathers customer feedback to ensure parties, events and recreational programs are delivered at high-quality levels
• Communicates with party/event customers before/during/after events to ensure strong experiences
