Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Entry Level Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Recommend additional items to enhance the customer's purchase
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Receive and stock merchandise on shelves and displays
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in electronics sales (preferred)
- Knowledge of stock management procedures
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
