Strikers East Bowling Center is Hiring a Counter Person Near Raymond, NH
We are looking for Front Desk help to serve as our customers first point of contact and manage all aspects of their experience. Desk attendants are responsible for checking in and out lanes, managing reservations and assessing lane conditions. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a fun and memorable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Take reservations over phone
Explain prices and determine best value for customer
Maintain a clean environment. On lanes and throughout the center
Provide information about our rates and amenities
Assess and report all technical issues to maintenance
Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for customers and groups.
Up sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Work experience preferred:
Cashier, receptionist or similar role
Customer service
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
