Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and supervising entry-level behavior consultants. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a new or experienced BCBA to lead and innovate in a supportive setting. 90% of our client sessions occur in the clinic setting, decreasing travel time for our clinicians.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor entry-level behavior consultants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies aimed at skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social skills enhancement.
- Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide training and support to clients' families and caregivers.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment, promoting a positive therapeutic atmosphere.
- Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards associated with ABA practice.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience working as a BCBA.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and use of technology for treatment planning and documentation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for occasional travel between therapy locations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary and monthly bonus structure.
