We are seeking an Operations Controller to oversee our company's grain accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the operations leadership team, assisting with month-end tasks, payroll, inventory control, overseeing administrative staff, and any other tasks as needed for the success of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
