Job Purpose: To Assist all members of the sales team including the Call Center
Major Responsibilities:
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information by researching, locating, and providing information.
- Gather customer information accurately
- Set appointments for sales leads in CRM system
- Input customer information accurately in the CRM system
- Follow up with new leads
- Assist in day-to-day office support duties
Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to learn about industry, company, products and competition
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Documentation skills
- Active listening skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Typing, word processing and data entry skills
Compensation:
- Hourly
- Must be able to work Weekends and 8am - 5pm shift
