Hourly salary range for role is $11.50 - $12.75 per hourIn addition, our Lube Technicians are eligible for a monthly commission program. Average commission for high performing Lube Technician can add up to $1.50 per hour to your hourly salary.Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Perform light duty maintenance on our customer's vehicles. Our services include full-service oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, and engine additives.
- Communicate effectively with our customers about their needs, explaining and presenting our products and benefits without being pushy.
- Work with your team to maintain a safe working environment, ensure efficiency, and control bay times
- Cash handling responsibilities

- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand for 8 hours
