The Job: As a member of the Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the crew to profitability through managing key performance standards, such as oil change count, sales, labor costs, customer satisfaction and more. The Management team will be satisfactorily cross-trained on all positions/assignments, and will require flexibility of daily job assignment as staffing needs dictate, and to ensure quality and speed of service. Our company is customer-driven; and as such, customer satisfaction with each vehicle service is imperative. To meet this requirement; leading, training and encouraging crew is vital; as well as scheduling and maintaining a clean/professional service center.

*Previous management/supervisory experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

*Scheduling of crew

*Ensure all staff training is completed

*Manage crew/shop in compliance with all safety procedures of Strickland Brothers, OSHA & EPA requirements

*Maintain equipment and cleanliness of store operations

*Effective problem-solving skills/solutions with customers and crew

*Ensuring policies/procedures are followed in relation to hiring, counseling, discipline of employees

*Be proficient and able to work as needed to ensure the crew is able to deliver quality and fast vehicle maintenance.

*A valid driver’s license

*Proven excellent customer service skills

*Ability to work and communicate successfully in a team environment

*Eagerness to learn; have a friendly personality

*Ability to stand, climb stairs, bend and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

*Ability to crouch, bend, twist and work with your hands above your head

*Comfortable working outside in a, non-climate controlled, environment

*Reliable transportation

*At least 18 years of age
